WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
As per the provincial declaration of phase 3 re-opening we will be open as of August 4th, 2020. This is what we are calling a “Modified re-opening” as it is not responsible to just reopen as if nothing happened and the world wasn’t shut in for 4.5 months. Our classes, for at least one month, will be modified for our existing students. Existing and returning student’s classes will be 90 minutes and have more conditioning to get back your fundamentals as well as stretching. Some of you we know have been working hard, be patient with the rest of us who couldn’t. This too shall pass. Pricing and packages will be modified for this phase. When things “normalize” we will go back to “all inclusive memberships” and at that point will look at migrating the existing credits that might be outstanding. Packages for the modified phase MUST BE USED UP OR LOST during this time, which we expect to be 4-8 weeks. WE WILL GIVE 2 WEEKS NOTICE TO ALL HOLDERS SO YOU MAY USE UP OUTSTANDING CREDITS.
Please ensure your cell phone is on silent and away during classes – this is to avoid disruption and distraction during practice. If you need to attend to something urgent, please step outside the practice area as a courtesy to the clients and staff.
Due to the nature of the equipment in the studios, please do not wear any jewelry – this includes rings, bracelets, loose earrings and necklaces. This is to prevent damage to our poles and aerial fabrics, and to ensure you are safe while you practice.
Students who are not in class, dressed and ready within 5 MINUTES of the class start time will not be admitted, and will be charged as if you attended the class. This is a safety issue. Warm up is essential in preventing injury, and late arrivals are a disruption to the flow of the class. Please arrive at the studio at least 5-10 minutes before your class begins.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to another student and you will not be permitted to join the class. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Any client cancellation that happens within 24 hours prior to class start time will be considered a late cancel. By registering for a class, you understand that a space is being held for you. If for any reason you are unable to attend that class, you must cancel online – we do not process phone, email or voicemail cancellations.
Late Cancellations: will be charged as if you attended during modified re-opening
Absences (without notification) will be charged as if you attended during the modified re-opening
**Please be sure to check in with the front desk or your instructor to be sure you are signed in.**
WAIT LIST POLICY:
When a class is full, you have the option to register for the wait list. If a registered client cancels out of the class, you will receive an email notification that you have been added; you are now considered registered. Please note our system will not notify by text at this time – email notifications must be turned on to be notified. IF YOU CHOSE TO RESTRICT THE SYSTEM FROM NOTIFYING YOU AND YOU GET INTO THE CLASS YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS IF YOU ATTENDED.
Once you have been added from the wait list, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for.
If you are on the wait list and are unsure if you will be able to attend the class, please cancel your registration so you will not be charged a late/no-show fee.
